Lenders Bagels

I usually buy my bagels at Walmart but I went to ShopRite near me and purchased them. Boy was I surprised when I opened the bag.

These bagels were way smaller than the Walmarts. And I paid a dollar more for them at ShopRite.

I think I got pranked. If you notice the bags are different sizes.

Disgusting. Went to the lender's website chat and they were unable to provide information. How old are these bagels?

NO EXP DATE on 2 ounce individually wrapped lenders bagels.just a code stamp of CT3854 34****. CONTACTING LENDERS BY CHAT ON LENDERS BAGELS SITE WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY DATE. DISGUSTING

Lenders Onion Bagels has been my favorite for many years. Recently, I noticed that they are extremely dry and there is no onion flavor.

I understand that sometimes updates are needed. Sadly, this update failed. Please put the same amount of onions in the new recipe that you used to put in the old recipe. Shouldn't improvements include better taste?

If so, maybe you forgot to taste your own onion bagel.

Don't sell me crap for more money!! You think we the consumers cannot tell the difference!?

I always buy Lender's Bagels, but my last bag was cut ridiculously. The top side was so thin, and the bottom half was thick.

I had to toast them separately. Why can't your machines cut them evenly?

Buy at Walmart Oneonta. I find them big but flavorless, not a single onion, often dried out, and they fall apart easily.

I'm tired of food chains changing ingredients and going the cheap route to save money. They used to be smaller, which made them crispy and, I repeat, no onions - it's a rip-off.

Young lady handled everything right! Product was bad due to machine error , had half bagels for two of them in package

Bought (or so I thought) Cinnamon Raison... GOT: Blueberry!??? Other QC issues related to- bagels shaped like a "U" and 1/3---2/3 machine pre-slice (Equates to one bagel being burnt and the other side half done in the toaster.)

Bagels are hardly ever split evenly. One side is super thin and the other is wide.

Also, the bagels are extremely hard sometimes. Not the whole thing but one side. And the other side is mushy.

Strange. They used to be my favorite but now I just buy the store brand.

My favorite and I have to travel to a store that has them but good grief so teeny now

Purchased onion bagels at Walmart yesterday. Got them out to use this morning and they were unusable.

One side of the bagels were rock hard, the other side was soft and mushy. Normally we love Lenders but these were just awful and such a disappointment! The POP # is76800 0****. The closure tag says Best if used by 28 NOV 23 with control #s of 131/1609 and 16:34/2373

Even more disappointing is that i ignorantly purchased 2 bags!

Its hard to find onion bagels and Im sure well try lenders again but today our breakfast was not happening.

The blueberry bagels of yesteryear are gone. Bought Lender's Blueberry from grocer's refrigerator straight into mine and they were dry and tasteless, not like they used to be. Never buying again.

Lenders bagels are disgusting. I pull them apart and it just falls apart.. these use to be so delicious but who knows if these lender bagels are even real , yuk never again

I've used lenders onion Bagels for years, and have never had a complaint until now. My most recent purchase (November 2023) and kept refrigerated, turned green and moldy despite the expiry date of December 23, 2023 which is still a month away.
