Bad bagels

Taste & quality
Years ago these bagels were always good. They were smaller (and that was okay) and they had lots of ingredients you could see.
I would keep them in the freezer, take one out and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to defrost and then put in the toaster (whole, not sliced). It would then be so toasty & chewy. I would sometimes use butter or cream cheese or eat plain. An easy grab and go for work too.
But NOW...
they are awful !!! Much bigger, less of the good ingredients, dry and tasteless. Have given them several tries the last few years with incredible disappointment. Will not buy these ever again.
Do not understand WHY companies do this ???
I understand the money aspect but I would rather pay more for something that I know is good. Very sad, just another thing to take off my list.

The blueberry Lender Bagels have gotten continually worse on their pre- cut angle over the last year and a half at least. The last bag I got was the tipping point for me. The blade need recalibrated
User's recommendation: Call and complain if the pre-cut bagels are not cut more evenly. If they are cut so bad that the top is just a sliver.. PLEASE CALL AND COMPLAIN to make a difference to have the BILBO bakery calibrate their blades at the central Arkansas bakery.

They are not even worth 1 star . They sell it as a sliced bagel but don't actually cut it completely . Try to pull it apart and it crumbles and tears . VERY DISAPPOINTING !
